Handcuffing Position / Control - CJ Delaney

This seminar will cover essential tactics for controlling a combative subject, transitioning to cuffing positions, and managing resistance once the subject is restrained. CJ will demonstrate simple yet effective control techniques, including ground control strategies to facilitate safe handcuffing. Additionally, the session will address critical medical considerations, equipping attendees with basic first-response skills to handle medical emergencies, including assessing and responding to an unresponsive subject using Reality-Based Training (RBT). It will cap off with a lesson and detailed focus on Case Law that is pertinent to proper Use of Force

C.J. Delaney is a 22 year veteran law enforcement officer on Long Island, New York and a 2nd Degree Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Blackbelt under Korfhage/Serra.  CJ  also served our great country during Operation Iraqi Freedom 2009-2010 with the USCG Port Security Unit 301 out of Cape Cod, MA. He is also an experienced DT Instructor, Use of force instructor and many other topics.
