Safety & Security Policy

At Seminar Stack 2025, we are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participants, vendors, instructors, and guests. Safety, security, and fostering an open, welcoming atmosphere are fundamental to our event, with zero tolerance for misbehavior.

We do not tolerate violence, mistreatment, or any form of harassment towards athletes, staff, exhibitors, guests, or attendees. We aim to create a community where everyone can learn, socialize, and support each other in a safe, respectful space.

A full copy of our Violence and Sexual Harassment Policy will be available at the event or upon request.

Reporting Safety Concerns

If you feel your safety or the safety of others is at risk, please report the issue immediately to security on-site. If you or anyone else is involved in an incident, we ask that you report it directly to Casino Staff, Local Authorities, or Seminar Stack staff.

Weapons Policy

In alignment with the Hollywood Casino's weapons restrictions, weapons of any kind, including firearms, ammunition, and other potentially dangerous or harmful items, are prohibited anywhere on the property. Security measures will be in place to ensure compliance with this policy.

Shirts must be worn outside of event rooms at all times. Please be respectful and considerate of others.
